Professional supervision is a primary resource for every counsellor in the maintenance and further development of safe, ethical and effective practice. I, myself, am fortunate to have Ana Norambuena as my supervisor. She is one of the best coaches I know and a trusted supervisor of counsellors, therapists and psychologists. Given my passion for this work and my constant desire to expand my professional knowledge, I regularly engage in supervision sessions with Ana, allowing me to fine-tune my skills meticulously and further my development under her guidance.
My consulting is mainly based on Possibility Management, a method that I have been using for over 10 years. Possibility Management has elements that cannot be found in any other method but also incorporates valuable insights from, for example, transactional analysis.
As a counsellor, I not only bring my professional knowledge and expertise into my sessions but also my life experience, so welcome to my life’s journey.
The first stop is my childhood, of course. We all carry some trauma from our early days. I am no exception, and some of my trauma I got to transform (much later in life) into my “superpowers” as a coach. With the help of my coaches, I have up-skilled my trauma into a sensitive intuition that can’t be easily fooled.
After University Entrance (UE) I was ready to travel and see the world and I made my way from Germany through Europe, Turkey, Iran, and Pakistan to India and Nepal all by bus and train. That gave me a lasting change of perspective.
Back home I became an actor. I deeply explored the human psyche in general and my own in particular and gained a somatic understanding of feelings, desires, needs… And I grew an ability to love and respect any character I played, be it a “good” or “evil” one. This experience helps me to approach others in a non-judgmental and open way.
As a father, I learned that life is not only about me. Unfortunately, I passed some of my generational trauma on to my kids. I so wish I had known what I know now when my kids were still young.
My training in Possibility Management has given me consulting and coaching practice from the very beginning. Coaching others has become a regular part of my life, whether it is individual counselling, relationship counselling or working in groups.

Levi has a way of holding space for those feelings to arise unjudged. This allowed me to express exactly what is alive in me without the need to hold anything back. Levi helps create awareness of what is an assumption and what is real, supporting me in consciously responding to my life's challenges.
He does this with gentleness, kindness, and humility, being a grounding force that is stable and strong and makes me feel like nothing is too big for me to handle.
